How do I place an order?
After finding an item(s) that suits your fancy, press “ADD TO CART.” If you want to add a handwritten card to the gift for $5, click the “ADD A HANDWRITTEN CARD” button and select a card design of your choice. Customize your card message and choose a handwriting style. (Our robot printers will handwrite it for you!) If you don’t want to add a card, skip the previous step. Once finished, hit the CHECKOUT button, select whether or not you want it shipped to someone else or yourself, then complete the checkout process.
How do I send a gift without an address?
Before finishing the checkout process, you will be prompted to select whether you are sending the gift to yourself, to someone else, or to an email address and/or phone number. If you select THEIR EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER and enter the recipient’s contact information, they will be sent a notification from Oparix requesting them to submit a preferred shipping address. If your recipient doesn’t submit their preferred shipping address after the fifth time we attempt to contact them, you will be issued a full refund to your original form of payment.
How do I use a promo code?
During the checkout process, on the page you enter your payment information, there is an input field labeled PROMO CODE where you can enter your promo code and receive current or ongoing discounts.
How are the gifts shipped?
All gifts purchased receive free gift wrap, which includes kraft paper, a bow made of twine, vintage postage and a wax stamp. To preserve the integrity of the gift wrap and to conceal what’s inside, the gifts are shipped in unmarked, protective boxes.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed and sent out the following business day.
How are the handwritten cards sent out?
When a card is purchased individually, postage is included within the cost of the card. However, we send our cards via USPS First Class Mail – which does not provide tracking information or confirmation of delivery. However, the Postal Service generally keeps to a 2-4 business day timeframe for delivery. When a card is sent with a gift, it is wrapped within the gift and will include the recipient’s first name on the front of the envelope.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.
What is your return policy?
Oparix has a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. To return your product, please contact us at info@oparix.com. Please include your name, your order number and we will provide a return label to our fulfillment center. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If items are unused and in the same condition you received them, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take up to 10 days before your refund is officially posted to your bank statement. If you received an Oparix gift and did not purchase the item originally but would like to return or exchange within the 30 day timeframe, please contact us at info@oparix.com for more information. If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us at info@oparix.com with photos of your damaged item so that we can quickly send you a replacement!
