We came up with the idea of launching a gifting site in 2016. Though neither of us had experience in e-commerce, we wanted to create an easy and convenient way to send gifts that didn’t arrive in the same packaging you get when you order cleaning supplies from Amazon.com. We wanted to make gifts as special as the people we send them to - unique, heartfelt and beautiful.
Funded entirely from the sale of Andrew’s previous business, a successful advertising agency, Oparix blossomed from a vision into an exhilarating online experience for both the gift-giver and the gift recipient. It was truly a labor of love, and we couldn’t have done it without a tremendous amount of help from our wonderful team of web designers, artists, photographers, gift wrappers and family members. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, Oparix launched in September of 2018, forever changing the way people choose to do online gifting.
Who We'd Like to Meet
All gifts are shipped in a protective box to preserve the integrity of the gift wrap and to conceal what’s inside. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $75. Ground shipping is $10 and takes 1-5 business days. Next Day Air is $29.99 sent via UPS with tracking info and delivery confirmation.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed the following business day.
When a card is purchased individually, postage is included within the cost of the card. However, we send our cards via USPS First Class Mail which does not provide tracking information or confirmation of delivery. However, the Postal Service generally keeps to a 2-4 business day timeframe for delivery.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include your name, your order number and we will provide a return label to our fulfillment center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If items are unused and in the same condition that you received it, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, it may take up to 10 days before your refund is officially posted to your bank statement.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
